BWIN Malta to Invest in the country

Bwin Malta shall be investing in the country after it was granted several licences by the Malta LGA to supply online gambling, sportsbook and poker, Parliamentary Secretary Zammit Lewis said today.

The Maltese junior minister was speaking at a visit to Bit8, which has been nominated as innovator of the year by London’s Gaming Awards. Operating since 2008, Bit8 now employs around 40 employees.

Dr. Zammit Lewis praised Bwin as a champion in the field of poker, bingo, online sports gambling and casino, offering a large selection of games on a day-to-day basis. He added that investment by such a reputable company is a certificate for Malta’s jurisdiction as a pioneer in the remote gaming industry.
