Retention specialists to showcase solutions at stands ST106 and ST125
Enteractive will be demonstrating its leading player retention solutions at this month’s SiGMA conference, which is set to be the company’s biggest presence ever at the show.
Based at stands ST106 and ST125, the team will be showing delegates how its services can improve the way in which operators engage with their customers in a continually changing regulatory landscape.
Launched ahead of the show, (Re)activation Cloud is the iGaming industry’s first fully-fledged, AI-driven platform for large-scale personal player retention and win-back.
The new automated service allows operators to connect to Enteractive’s proprietary platform for comprehensive player reactivation and activation with 100% maintained real-time control.
The (Re)activation Cloud is primarily designed to help operators turn churned players into active users through its unique one-to-one personal phone calls.
It will be demonstrated at SiGMA, along with their Customer Support Offering, which ensures active players stay on board whilst also significantly reducing the costs of a customer service helpdesk.
