ICE A2O Seminar: Checklist for affiliates planning on becoming operators
For the first time, ICE will offer a learning programme for affiliates. As iGaming affiliate businesses are growing and maturing, many have made the leap to iGaming by becoming operators, many others are considering that move.
The seminar at ICE will focus on affiliates’ aspirations to make that transition: what is the rationale to do that, how different the two business models are and what are the best ways to evolve, with case studies, presentations and discussions led by those who have gone, or are going, through that process.

This session will provide a holistic overview to any affiliate aspiring to become a successful operator. Becoming an operator: shrinking barriers between the two pillars – affiliates and operators: what are the challenges and opportunities today as opposed to five, ten years ago? What is the trend for the future?
