Kyte Consultants has entered into an agreement with Featurespace – the number one provider of machine learning fraud and compliance products to the gaming sector – to be official resellers of Featurespace’s ARIC™ products to gaming operators and financial institutions in Malta, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Featurespace, headquartered in the United Kingdom, is the leader in Adaptive Behavioural Analytics, delivered through its machine learning, real-time ARIC engine, which detects anomalies in behaviour for fraud and compliance management, reducing customer friction. Featurespace’s existing customers include gaming businesses William Hill, Betfair, OpenBet, and Camelot, and card payment processors TSYS and Vocalink/Zapp.

Headquartered in Malta, Kyte Consultants has over 10 years’ experience offering a range of risk management services across a wide variety of industries. Kyte Consultants help clients identify risk areas and implement practical and cost-effective solutions.

The partnership underlines Kyte Consultants’ objective to assist local Maltese, and wider international clients, seeking to implement machine learning solutions to manage the risks and challenges of the fast-moving industries in which they operate, while increasing revenues.

Featurespace is seeing strong demand for its machine learning solutions for fraud, risk and compliance among gaming operators and financial institutions, who are facing new societal, regulatory and technical challenges around protecting players and customers, increasing revenue and reducing customer friction.

Alan Alden, Director at Kyte Consultants, commented:

“We chose to partner with Featurespace because their ARIC engine offers the most advanced machine learning solution in the market, and is already successfully deployed by some of the world’s leading gaming operators and financial institutions.

“Featurespace’s ARIC engine will help our clients to grow their businesses while complying with regulatory requirements.”

Martina King, Chief Executive at Featurespace, commented:

“This announcement is the culmination of a number of months of working together to support Kyte’s customers. We have been building a partnership which delivers considerable and immediate business uplift in the areas of fraud protection, risk management and compliance.

“Kyte’s deep understanding of our technology and the issues facing their customer base and territories is invaluable. We look forward to continuing our fruitful relationship with the team as we build out our business further across these regions.
