A recent event at Bedouin, Westin Dragonara, witnessed the merger of Finnish companies PlusOneDreams with iGame. In Rikard’s words, the pairing was “a dream merger for both parties” since the two companies have known each other for a long time and the partnership is based on mutual trust and understanding.
Plus One Dreams used to operate Kolikkopelit, one of the fastest-growing online gaming brands in the Scandinavian market, alongside Leijonaksino, Hertatand as well as Bohemiacasino. In contrast, iGame is one of the leading Nordic casino-poker-betting websites. The company operates sites as 24hPoker, Casinohuone, Pokerihuone, Veikkaushuone and iGame, from which 24hPoker has been running for over thirteen years. iGame employs 50 dedicated professionals located in Malta and Estonia. iGame has the Maltese gaming license provided by the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
Present for the merger launch event were Parliamentary Secretary for Competitiveness and Remote Gaming, Jose Herrera, as well as members of the organising team of SiGMA, the Summit of iGaming in Malta.
