NetEnt services approved by New Jersey DGE
NetEnt, provider of digital gaming solutions, has been granted a transactional waiver by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. It allows the company to release its digital gaming products through Borgata and bwin.party brands. NetEnt can now go live with its game content. The licence which the company applied for is however still being reviewed. Official release date is not known yet and it will be announced later on.
NetEnt is still awaiting the process of transactional waivers concerning already signed partnerships with Golden Nugget and Caesars Interactive Entertainment. This is because the transactional waiver is granted for each signed agreement separately and not for all of the closed deals in the state.
Managing Director of NetEnt Americas LLC, Björn Krantz, said: “The approval of the transactional waiver for Borgata and bwin.party in New Jersey marks yet another milestone in our efforts to successfully go to market and build a long-term presence in North America. We are working in close collaboration with our partners and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to secure that necessary administration is taken to successfully go live as soon as possible.”
