Racing Post B2B appoints 5 key roles
Racing Post has expanded its B2B and Commercial team by the addition of five experienced recruits to guarantee the maintenance of its high levels of customer service and delivery across the industry.
The Director B2B, Eugene Delaney, commented: “It's an exciting time at Racing Post B2B as we expand the team. The calibre of these new recruits allows us to develop at a faster pace.”
John Matthews has obtained the position of the new Head of Digital B2B, Caroline Bourke as Key Partnerships Manager, Darren Hale as New Business Manager and Daniel Smith and Jay Dilger as Account Managers. With the joining of five new staff, the team has reached more than 20 members and continues to expand in line with the growth in B2B at Racing Post.
John Matthews joins Racing Post from the international broadcaster beIN SPORTS where he created their global B2C products and content distribution platform. Before beIN, John drove digital product development at Perform for several years.
Caroline Bourke, after spending five years at TurfTV, has valuable expertise in the industry. Caroline worked her way up to account management being responsible for over 250+ independent bookmakers.
Darren Hale has a wide range of experience in numerous sales roles and joins Racing Post from a B2B publishing company where he was a sales manager providing solutions across multiple platforms.
Daniel Smith and Jay Dilger have both taken on roles as Account Managers originating from different backgrounds but heavily sales focused nonetheless.
Daniel joins Racing Post from BT, having been part of their graduate scheme, which gave him vital experience across a wide range of commercial areas.
Jay was already with the Racing Post in a Sales Executive role for its Irish division before being promoted to Account Manager.
