2019 is going to be a big year for Kalamba Games. We met up with them at SiGMA 2018 to discuss their journey so far.
“Yes, there are a lot of competitors out there but we now have the opportunity to build a brand new framework, bring the sort of games to market that ultimately help players retention, their engagement and really, the bottom line for the operator.”
What makes them stand out in such a crowded market?
“We took the social casino style features that we knew worked well in that market and applying them to real money.
Not only is it going to be about optimising on what we’ve learnt so far, but obviously now we have the financial ability to start ramping up, both our operations here in Malta and our team in Krakow. 2019 is critical for us to realise the dream we’ve always had, we never wanted to be just purely an events company. This investment has enabled us to speed that up.”
